A Warm Welcome , good food and great live music

A lovely traditional English pub - On approaching the entrance the lovely aroma of an open fire greeted us and inside the bar there was the beautiful inglenook fireplace, a lovely fire burning and a chesterfield sofa to relax in.The traditional fish and chips was delicious served with lovely home made tartare sauce and a very generous piece of cod. The main reason for the visit was to listen to the live jazz. It was a lovely evening -fantastic musicians,vocalists and everyone was so friendly -l would highly recommend the Thursday evening music sessions to jazz lovers.
